Anna Soubry savaged after claiming Brexit promises ‘not delivered’ – ‘You’ve done enough!’

Brexit: Soubry says people’s promises ‘have not been delivered’

The former Conservative MP singled out Boris Johnson, Michael Gove and Nigel Farage during an interview with talkRADIO. She stated that “lies” told during the Leave campaign have “unravelled” and questions need to be asked regarding how this has happened.

Ms Soubry said: “The problem has been that people made promises, people told lies, that is now being unravelled.

“Get the people in who led the Leave campaign, who made all these promises and said it would be the easiest deal.

“The people who said we would remain in the single market and customs union there are many of them.

“Mr Farage, Boris Johnson, Michael Gove and all the rest of them and question them as to why that has not happened.

“You can only imagine what a tower of strength the UK would be if all the MPs had worked together to make it happen,” the Twitter user added.
