Friends of Putin’s hidden girlfriend want her to help end Ukraine war

Friends of Vladimir Putin’s alleged lover Alina Kabaeva are begging her to persuade him to end the Russia-Ukraine war.

The 38-year-old, who has been romantically linked to the Russian president since as far back as 2008, is currently facing expulsion from Switzerland amid claims she has been hiding with their secret children in a luxury villa.

Her female friends are now urging the Kremlin supporter to return to Russia and convince Putin to end the war on Ukraine, according to Page Six.

A source told the news site: "Alina’s female friends are begging her to fly to Putin and persuade him to end the war.

"He doesn’t seem to be listening to anybody, but perhaps he might listen to her. Putin is surrounded by rings and rings of security.

"Alina says she doesn’t know if she can get to him – and even if she does – she doesn’t know if she’ll be able to get out again to be with their kids.”

Putin is believed to have "hidden" Kabaeva and their three alleged children – including twin daughters who were born in the country – somewhere in Switzerland over the fear of reprisals or them getting involved in the conflict.

However, the children have never been acknowledged in Russian media.

The news comes after a photographer claimed Alina is "full of sex" following a nude photoshoot.

Mikhail Korolov told The Sun: "I didn’t even need to persuade her. She behaved very naturally. She’s full of sex."

When she was a teenager she competed in the 2000 Sydney Olympics, earning a bronze medal in rhythmic gymnastics. In 2001, she was temporarily suspended from the sport for doping.

In Athens four years later, she earned a gold, firmly putting her name into Russian consciousness.
