Emergency services are currently on the scene after a bus crashed into a building in London leaving four people reportedly injured.
Reports on social media report say the bus driver was trapped in the vehicle following the crash into the building on The Broadway in Highams Park.
A number of people are reportedly being treated at the scene, according to the ambulance service, but it is not known whether they are passengers or those on Selwyn Avenue.
There have also been unconfirmed reports that the bus had children onboard, who were on their way to school.
Several ambulances, police cars and fire engines have been seen at the incident, which occurred around at 8:20am this morning.
A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service said: “We sent a number of resources to the scene including ambulance crews, advanced paramedics, paramedics in fast response cars, incident response officers and members of our Hazardous Area Response Team (HART).
“We also dispatched a trauma team from London’s Air Ambulance.
“The incident is ongoing and we are working with our emergency service colleagues.”

London Fire Brigade Station Commander Dave Hill confirmed firefighters used specialist cutting equipment to release the driver of the bus, who has since been taken to hospital.
A Twitter user said it was a 212 bus that hit into the building and said the bus had "loads of kids" and some were at a nearby bus stop.
They wrote: "A 212 bus just drove into a house in #highamspark the driver was still trapped at around 8:30 it must have happened just after 8:00 am when all the kids are going to school. Loads of kids where on the bus and around the bus stop."

Waltham Forest Police confirmed the bus collided with a building in Selwyn Ave at around 8:20am this morning and that a number of people have been injured.
Mayor of London Sadiq Khan has also commented on the incident.
He tweeted: "I’ve received reports this morning of a bus crashing into a building in Highams Park in Waltham Forest. Emergency services are currently on the scene—we will share more information as soon as we have it. My thoughts are with everyone affected by this terrible incident."
Police have advised that a number of road closures are in place on Selwyn Avenue and Winchester Road and asked those to avoid the area at this time.
