A married dad and shop worker sexually assaulted a 16-year-old who was wearing their school uniform while inside of a convenience store.
Ahmed Khalio had groped the teenager and pinned her against the counter the day of her 16th birthday and later claimed he was "messing around".
Liverpool Crown Court heard yesterday (January 17) that the "outrageous" attack had taken place in a Go Local store in Norris Green, Liverpool, earlier last year where Khalio had worked.

The youngster is said to have been wearing her school uniform and alone in the store on the day of her birthday, with Khalio, 22, approaching her and touching her bottom.
The 22-year-old then asked the youngster "if she loved him" as well as how old she was, telling her to "not tell anyone what happened."
The incident, which "lasted a couple of minutes" and saw Khalio lift her skirt and begin touching her legs and thighs as well as over her underwear, left the youngster "scared and shocked".
She subsequently reported the attack to the police and recalled feeling "so scared she felt she couldn't scream or shout".
Khalio, who is married and has an 11-month-old son, said in an interview that he was just "messing around" and "accepted flirting" with the girl he believed to be 17 at the time.
In sentencing, Khalio was jailed for six months and handed a seven-year notification requirement and a restraining order preventing him from contacting the victim for the next two years.
Honorary Recorder of Liverpool Judge Andrew Menary KC said: "You simply took advantage of the fact she was alone and no one else was about. You touched her despite the fact she plainly did not want this attention from you.
"This lasted for a couple of minutes, although for her it must have felt like an eternity. Although you express some remorse for this incident, you continue to maintain that you did not simply assault her – certainly not in the was she describes.
"Your behaviour on this particular day was outrageous."
