Millionaire Prince Harry moans about hard days – but fans say hes inspiring

Prince Harry has been mocked and praised in equal measure after speaking about the 'hard days' he suffers and the steps he takes to avoid 'burn-out'.

The millionaire Prince and dad of two has been living in the USA with wife Meghan Markle for two years now and admitted to American firm BetterUp he struggles with his mental health.

In the firm chat, Harry said he was often 'schooled by the universe' and that life often got in the way of him 'doing the things he wanted.

He said: "I too experience burn-out.

"I'm burning the candle at both ends and that's like, boom."

On these days Harry said, you need to take time out of your day to better your life.

He continued: "That's when you're forced to look inside yourself.

"I know I need to meditate every day… You need to put it into your day diary as a habit otherwise it's the first thing that drops away.

"I have now put in about half-an-hour, 45 minutes in the morning when one kid has gone to school and the other is having a nap… it's like, right, it's for a workout"

Despite Harry's honesty, there were some people who struggled to sympathize with the luxury lifestyle of the exiled Prince, who along with his wife is thought to have a net worth of $10 million (£7.3 million).

Taking to Twitter as is the norm, several naysayers aimed cutting jabs in his direction.

One said: "Eh? What the hell is he on about? He's never done a day of hard work in his life?"

Another agreed, saying: "Sorry, just don't take him seriously anymore."

But there were many who praised Harry, saying that his growth as a person in the last few years was impressive.

One opined: " Prince Harry is perhaps the prime example of how people flourish in the right environment."

Another said: "Prince Harry is so inspiring & very passionate about everything he does."
