OnlyFans tongue star suing ex for £5bn after he shared revenge videos

An OnlyFans mega star is suing her ex boyfriend after he hacked into her social media accounts and posted explicit content of her over her platforms without consent.

Mikayla Saravia, 25, who is famed for her tongue content, is seeking billions of dollars for his alleged revenge porn actions.

Her 27-year-old boyfriend, Nicholas Hunter, is said to have taken control of her accounts without her consent after the couple ended their relationship of five years.

It is claimed that it was volatile while they were together and took a turn for the worst after.

Saravia is apparently aiming for $6.3billion (£5.1billion) in courts.

Her Twitter account has more than 600,000 followers and her Instagram attracted over 8 million users, making her a very influential model on the OnlyFans platform.

Users can pay $30 (£24.64) per month to follow her private OnlyFans account, as well as a free one she uses to promote her business.

However, it is reported that her ex boyfriend took control of this account without her consent and sold videos of her for $35 (£28.74) and photos for $10 (£8.21) and $13 (£10.68) throughout the month of January.

Saravia’s lawyer acknowledges and accepts that she posts sexually explicit images and videos of herself, but says that on those occassions, she was in complete control of what she chose to post and suggests that Hunter took that away from her.

"Just because you consented to an image in the past, it does not mean you’re giving someone permission to post additional content without your consent," her lawyer Joseph DiRuzzo said.

"Defendant used the OnlyFans account to sell sexually explicit videos and images of the plaintiff based on material he had amassed prior to the severance of their business and personal relationship," DiRuzzo wrote in the court complaint.

The mammoth multi-billion suit represents $10,000 (£8,211.87) for each of the 628,000 followers Saravia had on her Twitter account in October when the two broke up who would have allegedly seen the content posted without Saravia’s consent.

The couple are said to be involved in a civil domestic violence case in Florida at the moment, as well as this revenge porn case.

Saravia is claiming to have been abused by her partner.

In the past, it has been claimed that Saravia’s social media accounts have reportedly generated a significant amount of money for her over the years, with reports she was making over $100,000 (£82,118.66) a year for showing her tongue online.

She has also amassed over 6 million followers on Instagram.
