Saskatoon police swarm Avenue B North for weapons call

Nearly a dozen police cruisers have swarmed the intersection between Avenue B North and 34th street.

Police were called to the area shortly after 4 p.m. for a weapons charge.

An officer told Global News he didn’t know how big the crime scene was.

Police are asking people to avoid the area but wouldn’t comment further.
