Larry Flynt, the self-styled ”smut peddler” behind Hustler Magazine, Barely Legal, Asian Fever and many more hardcore pornographic magazines, died on February 10 aged 78. His funeral will be like no other in history.
Rather than the quiet, respectful affair that follows most celebrity deaths, Larry Flynt's "Celebration of Life" is set to be a hedonistic happy finish to a man who was once placed at No. 1 on the "50 Powerful People in Porn” list.
The wild party, at famous Hustler Club in Las Vegas, will feature the club’s dance group, "Sexxy After Dark," dance troupe, as well as strippers, live music and a cash bar.
There will also be a special presentation commemorating Mr Flyn’t life, followed by a rooftop balloon release.
The bar will offering a specially-designed vodka-based cocktail called the Flynt Goldfinger.
Unlike most celebrity funerals, the celebration of Mr Flynt’s life will be open to the public. with tickets retailing at a very affordable $50 (about £36).

The organisers have stressed that strict social distancing rules will be in place, with party bookings limited to four people.
There will be various other precautions in place at the over-21s event to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Larry Flynt lived an extraordinary life, building his porn empire up from a four-page newsletter to a multimillion dollar publishing concern.
He survived an assassination attempt by serial killer Joseph Paul Franklin that left him paralysed from the waist down. He used a gold-plated wheelchair or the rest of his life.
Mr Flynt also became embroiled in several legal battles about the publication of pornography and the right to free speech.
A lifelong supporter of liberal political causes, he offered a $10 million reward for any evidence that would lead to the impeachment of then-President Donald Trump.
Flynt died from heart failure in Los Angeles on February 10, 2021, at the age of 78
