It\u2019s the sort of thing where you can\u2019t go it alone.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe kind of risks we are paying most attention to are augmented national security risks.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article30898516.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/0_NHS-petition.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese are fundamentally global risks.
