Wet Lettuce Liz Truss is threatening the most unwanted political comeback of all time.<\/p>\n
The former PM, whose final days in No.10 were outlasted by the Daily Star\u2019s lettuce, said she didn\u2019t rule out a return to high office.<\/p>\n
Truss, the shortest-serving PM at just 49 days, said: \u201cI want to stay involved in politics. I went into politics not to become Prime Minister but to change things \u2013 that\u2019s what motivates me.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I will not rest until we have achieved the changes because I believe that Britain does need real change.\u201d<\/p>\n

Truss previously said has said she wants to \u201cshare the lessons\u201d from her time in government as she writes a book recounting her tumultuous 49 days as prime minister.<\/p>\n
Titled Ten Years to Save the West, the former foreign secretary\u2019s book is touted as warning against authoritarianism and the threat from \u201cfashionable ideas propagated by the global left\u201d.<\/p>\n
The Conservative MP will write about her meeting with the Queen shortly before the monarch\u2019s death and her experiences with Russia \u2019s Vladimir Putin and China\u2019s Xi Jinping. <\/p>\n

In a statement, Ms Truss said: \u201cI want to share the lessons from my experience in government and those international meetings where I was often the only conservative in the room and demonstrate that we have stark choices to make if we wish to avoid a managed decline of the Western architecture that has presided over generations of relative peace and prosperity.\u201d<\/p>\n
Her office said she will be writing the book herself, rather than using a ghostwriter.<\/p>\n
