A man has been booked into Boulder County Jail this morning on suspicion of first-degree murder after a suspected homicide occurred Tuesday night in north Boulder.
Garrett Littenberg, 27, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder — deliberation with intent, according to Boulder County Jail records. This morning police were seen investigating at 1663 Zamia Ave.

Littenberg has no criminal history in Colorado, according to court records. A booking photo was not immediately available.
Boulder police tweeted at 11:26 p.m. Tuesday night that investigators were looking into a “potential homicide” and one “person of interest” was in custody. Police said it is believed the two people involved knew each other.
